From Hockey to Pickleball

Before launching Pickleball Flow, we spent over a decade building HockeyShot into a global leader in hockey training aids. We created innovative home solutions that helped players of all ages improve their skills. That experience taught us something big — the right gear can break down barriers and open the door to more play.

When pickleball came into our world, it felt like a natural evolution — a sport that’s easy to learn, welcoming to all ages, and filled with connection, energy, and just the right amount of friendly competition.

Where the Idea Sparked

It all started over coffee with friends J-P, Paul, and Julien (who once coached J-P in tennis). Talk turned to pickleball — the most inclusive sport we’d ever seen. Momentum was everywhere: headlines naming it the fastest-growing sport, players of all ages picking up paddles, and communities buzzing with energy. The vision clicked — bring the “play anywhere” spirit from hockey into pickleball, with innovative, safe, portable gear for every player.
